Continuing Education Credits
MCEC’s Global Training Summit (GTS) is the premier professional development opportunity for everyone who serves and supports the educational needs of military- and veteran-connected children. The 2024 MCEC GTS curriculum will focus on supporting and nurturing all areas of development and learning while incorporating a broader view of the skills and knowledge military-connected children need for long-term success.
MCEC is pleased to offer continuing education (CE) hours for in-person attendees at the MCEC GTS during the pre-summit and regular summit sessions. After attending a CE-eligible session, participants will complete a brief survey and then will receive a link with directions for requesting and purchasing credit hours. Transcripts will be ready 10-14 days after purchase.
Cost for Credits:
Unless otherwise noted, credits may be purchased for $5 per credit hour of eligible content. For example, a 3-hour session would be $15 for 3 credits, a 1-hour session would be $5 for 1 credit, etc.
CE hours are not available for the virtual event.
We encourage you to complete the session evaluations immediately following the sessions. The opportunity to apply for credits is available for one year following the event.
Attendance at sessions will be verified. To be eligible for credit hours, participants must meet the 95% attendance requirement and complete the evaluation. It is at the sole discretion of the requestor or individual to seek approval (reciprocity) from other organizations/boards. We advise you to check with your licensing agency or employer in advance to confirm credit acceptance.
Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) is a NBCC Continuing Education Provider, ACEP #6283.
Please email PD@militarychild.org with questions about CE hours.
