March 19-20, 2025
Join us March 19 and 20 in Beaufort, South Carolina, for the MCEC 360 Summit.
MCEC 360 Summits provide opportunities for cross-sector collaboration, idea sharing, and programming support, as well as discuss the benefits of Purple Star Readiness – and how to apply for or sustain designation. The Summit is open to professionals, students, and parents of our military-connected children.
The event is free of charge. Professional development sessions include MCEC’s Gone is Gone: Supporting Military Connected Children During Parental Absence and Supporting Military Children Through School Transitions: Foundations, along with a partnership presentation from the MCAS Beaufort-Parris Island School Liaison Program to include MIC3 Compact 101 Training. This event also offers direct interaction with MCEC South Carolina Community Coordinators, Military Student Consultant, Student 2 Student® introductory training for school groups, and a fun, interactive workshop for families with MCEC’s Tell Me A Story®.
Please register by March 14 for the professional development, parent, and student events.
This 360 Summit is funded through the South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs and is supported through partnerships from the Beaufort County School District and MCAS Beaufort.
