Caitlin Fross
Caitlin Fross is an associate partner with McKinsey & Company. A member of the firm’s Social, Healthcare & Public Entities practice, Caitlin works with national and regional health systems to improve access to care, increase system efficiency, enable future of work models, and advance patient experience.
Prior to her current role, Caitlin served as a Counselor to the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. As Counselor, Caitlin supported the Department across a series of strategic initiatives to include behavioral health, employee engagement, operational improvement, and strategic plan development.
Caitlin has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Caitlin is married to David, an Army veteran. Together they live in Washington, D.C.
